The constitutional institutions that exist at the date of entry into force of this Constitution shall function in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution.
The republican from the state may not be the object of constitutional amendments.
This Constitution shall enter into force the day after its approval.
Law Nr. 7491 dated 29, 1991 "on the major Constitutional provisions," as well as other Constitutional laws amending, completing or adding to it, shall be repealed on the entry into force of this Constitution .
Other legal provisions shall remain in force insofar as they do not conflict with this constitutions.
Amendments for changing this Constitution shall be approved by referendum, after thirds of number of deputies have voted for this.
