Approval and Amendment of the Constitution
The approval of Constitution or an amendment of it may be done only after two thirds of all deputies of one Legislature have voted for it as well as an absolute majority of the deputies of the successive Legislature.
Repeal of Constitutional laws
Law No. 7491 dated April 29, 1991, " On the major Constitutional provisions", as well as other constitutional laws for amendments, supplements or additions to it, are repealed on the entry into force of this Constitution.
