DRAFT CONSTITUTION FOR ALBANIA (January 1993)
PART FOUR -- RATIFICATION AND AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION
Article 100
This Constitution shall be effective when approved by no less than two-thirds of the
members elected to a Constitutional Convention.
Article 101
Amendments to this Constitution can be introduced by one-fifth of the members of
Parliament.
An amendment becomes effective when approved by two-thirds of the members of two consecutive Parliaments.
The President of the Republic cannot return a Constitutional amendment.
